Job summary

PrestigeArch Luxembourg's Concierge Assistant role in Aalborg, Denmark, seeks a friendly, reliable front‑of‑house professional to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests during their stay.

You will greet guests, handle check‑in, share local insights, arrange restaurant/theatre reservations and transportation, coordinate with housekeeping, and maintain a spotless lobby; English fluency is required, additional languages a plus, and visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure.
• Customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide information on amenities, attractions, and events.
• Make reservations at restaurants, theaters, and other venues.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room prep per requests.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the Concierge Manager.
