Formalize is seeking a Growth Marketing Student Assistant who will split time between paid search, organic and AI visibility, and our website. You’ll handle ad hoc website tasks, support SEO and GEO work, and build, launch, and optimize Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and Bing campaigns.

The role offers a starting wage of 155 DKK per hour with potential to grow to 195 DKK, requires 15-20 hours weekly in the office, and provides lunch, health insurance, and social events as part of an office-first

Qualifications

• Must be a student with more than one year left in marketing/digital communications.
• Interest in paid advertising and performance marketing analytics.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to collaborate.

In this Growth Marketing Student Assistant role you'll split your time between paid search, organic and AI visibility, and our website. You’ll be…

• Handling ad hoc website tasks such as page updates, landing pages, content changes, and conversion optimization tests.

• Supporting SEO and GEO work to strengthen Formalize’s visibility in search engines and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.

• Building, launching, and optimizing Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and Bing campaigns and tracking and reporting on paid acquisition initiatives.

• Supporting related ad hoc tasks.

Who is the Performance Marketing team?
The Performance Marketing team captures digital demand through paid channels, website performance, and conversion optimization, and delivers the analytics that show what's driving customer pipelines. We create the data layer that the rest of marketing, sales, and pipeline reporting relies on.

By driving qualified demand and growth, we work towards our vision of becoming the leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform that empowers organizations to streamline compliance and operate safely, fairly, and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

• Interest in, or some knowledge of, paid advertising on digital channels.

• More than one year left of your studies in a relevant field focusing on marketing, digital communication, or something similar.

• Curiosity about performance marketing analysis and tracking.

• A self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset that’s eager to take initiative, build relationships, and learn continuously.

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Availability to work 15-20h/week in our office.

Our recruitment process:

• 30-minute online intro interview.

• 60-minute in-depth online interview.

• Complete a personality assessment and prepare a case presentation.

• 60 minutes in-person case presentation interview with our Hiring Manager & other relevant stakeholders.
