Purpose of the Role:
The overall mission of the team is to lead and support key strategic projects across the organization. As student assistant, you will support the team on specific, well-defined tasks within these projects – primarily analysis, research and preparation of management material.
By the end of the first three months, you are expected to have developed a solid understanding of our mission, culture, strategy and transformation journey, and to be comfortable navigating the team's ways of working. You will also be expected to take ownership of your own tasks, ask for input when needed, and contribute reliably to the team's priorities alongside your studies. Along the way, you will build the toolkit – structured problem solving, executive communication and stakeholder handling – that prepares you for a future role in strategy or consulting.
