Ibsen Photonics seeks an optical or nanotech engineer to join our Grating team in Farum, designing and manufacturing world-class transmission gratings using semiconductor‑level processes.
You will drive process innovations, automate workflows, and develop products for global applications, with modeling in Python, T‑SQL, JMP, VBA and LabVIEW. Fluency in English and willingness to learn Danish are valued.

We’re looking for a talented optical or nanotech engineer to join our Grating team, where we design and manufacture world-class transmission grating utilizing the advanced processes of the semiconductor industry.

You will join our 35‑person Grating team. Our core technology and expertise revolve around understanding materials, processes, and equipment at the highest level.
Depending on your particular skills the role could include responsibility for one of our semiconductor production equipments or processes (e.g. SEM, ICP, AFM, wafer dicing, bonding, DUV Lithography)

Ibsen’s core technology is optical transmission gratings and grating based spectrometers, which we design, manufacture and supply to customers worldwide.
