Job summary

Imbox Protection in Skødstrup is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to join our marketing team. You will execute and adapt marketing materials across digital and print, ensuring consistency with our brand.

Working with the Graphic Designer, you will handle production tasks, update brochures, coordinate with partners, and support international campaigns while upholding visual identity.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in graphic production or a similar role.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to deliver production-ready assets.
• Experience with both digital and print formats and basic video editing.

Responsibilities

• Production and adaptation of marketing materials across digital and print channels.
• Update brochures, sales materials, POS materials, presentations, and artwork for print and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and support international campaigns.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain asset organization.
• Assist with basic video editing and workflow improvements.

This is a production-focused role where your primary responsibility will be to execute, adapt, and maintain marketing materials across multiple channels. What you will be doing

As Imbox continues its global growth journey, you'll play an important role in supporting marketing production for products, campaigns, sales materials, and retail communication used around the world.

You will become an essential part of our marketing team, supporting the daily production and maintenance of marketing assets across both digital and print channels. Working alongside our Graphic Designer, you'll help ensure that every piece of communication reflects the Imbox brand and meets our high-quality standards.

In practice:

• Production and adaptation of marketing materials across digital and print channels
• Updating brochures, sales materials, POS materials, presentations, preparing artwork for print and campaign assets
• Coordinating with internal and external partners
• Supporting the rollout of international marketing campaigns
• Ensuring all marketing materials follow our visual identity and brand guidelines
• Managing files, templates, and marketing assets to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day graphic production tasks
• Assisting with basic video editing
• Contributing to continuous improvements of workflows and production processes

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating high-quality work through structure, precision, and attention to detail.

You might have a few years of experience with a strong portfolio and the right mindset. Most importantly, you enjoy production work, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take pride in delivering polished marketing materials.

We imagine that you:

• Have approximately +3 years of experience in graphic production or a similar role
• Are highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Have experience producing professional marketing and sales materials
• Have experience working with both digital and print formats
• Have basic video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Have a strong eye for detail and quality control
• Work in a structured, independent, and organized manner while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Enjoy working within established brand guidelines and visual identities

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you also have experience with:

• Retail marketing and POS materials
• AI tools that improve efficiency in creative production
• Photography and basic image creation
