Job summary

Implement Consulting Group in Denmark is seeking motivated graduates to join our Public teams from August/September 2027 or early 2028. As a graduate consultant, you’ll work on transformation projects for public sector organisations, addressing societal challenges and driving measurable impact through data analysis, interviews, and stakeholder dialogues.

What you’ll do

As a graduate in our Public business area, you’ll work on transformation projects specifically for public sector organisations and the structural challenges society faces. Some projects centre on large-scale societal and structural transformation, others on public sector digitalisation, procurement, or operational optimisation and redesign within public institutions. What ties them together is close partnerships with both public and private stakeholders to turn structural challenges into lasting solutions.

Within the Public teams, we work with functional areas such as:

• Societal and structural transformation
• Public sector digitalisation and IT transformation
• Public procurement and contracting
• Public sector programme and project governance
• Operational and process design for public organisations
• Data analysis and evidence-based decision support

In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: building and analysing large datasets, combining quantitative evidence with qualitative insight from interviews, observations and stakeholder dialogue, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

You’ll join one of our Public teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly complex public sector landscape.
