Job summary

Implement Consulting Group is looking for motivated graduates to join our Strategy & Commercial teams from August/September 2027 or early 2028 in Aarhus. You’ll work across topics, industries, and client challenges, from corporate strategy and M&A to commercial transformation and large-scale execution, with the aim of turning ambition into measurable results.

From day one you’ll contribute to analyses, build business cases, facilitate workshops, and help clients design and implement

What you’ll do

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Strategy & Commercial teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028.

As a graduate in our Strategy & Commercial business area, you'll work across a wide range of topics, industries, and client challenges. Some projects centre on corporate strategy and M&A, others on commercial transformation or large-scale execution programmes. What they have in common is the goal: helping organisations figure out where to compete, how to win, and how to turn ambition into results.

Within the Strategy & Commercial teams, we work with functional areas such as:

• Corporate and business strategy
• M&A and value creation
• Sales and marketing effectiveness
• Growth, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
• Strategic execution and transformation
• Project and programme management

In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

You’ll join one of our Strategy & Commercial teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations transform in an increasingly complex business environment. Which team you’ll join will depend on and reflect your interests and professional experience.
