Задачи: Define and deliver the global Talent Acquisition strategy, setting priorities for people, processes, and technology Shape the Attraction journey, including the Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand Turn workforce priorities into proactive talent mapping, strategic sourcing, and pipelines Own and continuously improve the global end-to-end Recruitment journey, policy, and governance Lead and develop the Global TA team and shape recruitment services and capabilities across global, regional, and local teams Provide functional leadership across the broader TA community, building alignment and capability with senior business and P&C leaders and turning priorities into practical improvements

Требования: Significant senior-level Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, international, or global organization, including leading and developing teams across a matrixed environment Broad expertise in recruitment, attraction and employer brand, strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and senior or executive hiring Ability to translate business and workforce priorities into focused external talent strategies, proactive sourcing approaches, and talent pipelines Experience designing or substantially improving end-to-end recruitment processes, selection practices, governance, and ways of working Understanding of compliance and data privacy Experience using recruitment data and insights to drive performance improvements and working with recruitment technology, digital tools, and external partners Ability to partner with senior business and P&C leaders, influence across functions and regions, and lead meaningful change Strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, relationship‑building, collaboration, and ability to develop others and deliver measurable results Bachelor's degree Будет плюсом: a master's degree or other advanced qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
