Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark, invites you to join the Global Service Supply Chain as a Supply Chain Specialist. You will own CIM planning within SIOP, coordinate cross‑functional teams across procurement, planning, engineering, and logistics, and drive risk mitigation to secure material availability and continuity.

You will lead CIM reviews, deliver data‑driven insights on supply risks and cost impacts, and collaborate with CIM project managers to align demand and supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 8+ years of global supply chain experience.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP or SAP IBP.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own CIM planning activities within the SIOP process to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Lead platform-level planning reviews and collaborate with CIM Project Managers and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings with Sales Business Units and key stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Provide data-driven insights on supply chain risks, opportunities and cost impacts related to CIM initiatives.
• Align demand and supply plans across Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics, and Sales Units.
• Lead cross-functional taskforce activities for CIM cases, driving mitigation actions and resolution.
• Ensure high material availability and optimized inventory levels while minimizing LPF.
