Danfoss is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality to lead strategy, systems, and a growing team ensuring supplier quality, performance, and scalability across regions. Preferred locations include Nordborg, Denmark or Lyon region, France, with collaboration across Operations and suppliers in China and the US.

The role requires extensive leadership in supplier audits, quality systems, and PPAP, with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including building or scaling technical teams across cultures and time zones.
• Strong expertise in supplier audits, quality systems, corrective actions, supplier development, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute the global supplier quality strategy to improve supplier performance, quality, and risk management.
• Build, coach, and develop a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers across China and the US, with team size expected to double.
• Provide functional leadership across a matrix organization, aligning regional Supplier Quality teams with local Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations on supplier selection, PPAP activities, NPI, product transfers, sourcing decisions, and supplier non-conformities.
• Establish supplier KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement programs driving measurable business results.
