The position is a global role, which means it can be based e.g. in Vaasa, Graasten, Kolding, or Chennai, working closely with international stakeholders and global manufacturing facilities.

  • Coordinate forecasting, inventory, and operational planning activities for key product lines, ensuring accurate planning decisions and business readiness for new product introductions and ramp-ups
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between supply chain, procurement, sales, project management, and operations teams to address planning challenges, supply risks, and business opportunities
  • Develop data-driven insights, reporting, and supply flexibility scenarios that support faster decision-making and enable the business to respond effectively to changing demand patterns
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales and operations planning, supply planning, demand planning, procurement, operations planning, or broader supply chain management
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working with planning and ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP IBP or similar solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions, locations, and cultures without direct authority and the ability to independently drive change and deliver results
  • Professional fluency in English with strong communication and facilitation skills
What You'll Get From Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
