Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Global SIOP Manager to connect demand, operations, and inventories across its global manufacturing network. You will balance customer demand with production capacity and lead the transition from Anaplan to SAP IBP, collaborating with stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, sales, and product management.

The role is global and can be based in Vaasa, Graasten, Kolding, or Chennai, offering exposure to diverse markets and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and operations planning, supply planning, demand planning, procurement, operations planning, or broader supply chain management.
• Strong analytical capabilities to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with planning and ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP IBP.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions, locations, and cultures without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply review processes across multiple manufacturing sites to align demand, capacity, materials, and resources.
• Drive the implementation of SAP IBP for operational planning and scalable planning environment.
• Coordinate forecasting, inventory, and planning activities for key product lines and ramp-ups.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, procurement, sales, project management, and operations.
• Develop data-driven insights, reporting, and supply flexibility scenarios for faster decision-making.
