Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Server Platforms in Ballerup to own the global Windows and Linux server platforms across CORP and PSnet. You will lead a ~50-strong team across multiple regions, setting direction, prioritising work and delivering secure, reliable server services.

You will translate business needs into a platform roadmap, balance operational stability with new demand, and drive automation and standardisation to improve efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or senior infra leader in a large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and server platforms (Windows/Linux).
• Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities for the Server Platforms area.
• Lead a global team across multiple regions.
• Translate business needs into a clear platform roadmap.
• Ensure secure, resilient and cost‑efficient server services.
• Maintain governance, documentation and compliance per Novo Nordisk requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, risks and capacity; take corrective actions.
• Communicate platform health and roadmap to leadership.
