We are seeking an experienced Senior Windows Server Architect to own and drive the architecture, standards, governance, and strategic direction of our enterprise Windows platforms. You will be responsible for defining how Windows infrastructure is designed, secured, automated, and operated across two segregated environments: a General Enterprise Network and a business-critical Production Network.
As our new Senior Windows Server Architect, you will act as a technical authority for the Windows Server platform, working closely with infrastructure engineering, operations, cybersecurity, network, application, cloud, and enterprise architecture teams.
You will be part of the team, collaborating with the product owner on setting the direction, with responsibility for defining how the Windows Server platform should evolve rather than performing day-to-day server administration. You will be responsible for defining secure, resilient, scalable, and supportable Windows Server architecture across two separate infrastructure environments:

We operate and manage all enterprise servers across Novo Nordisk, covering both Windows and Linux environments, and spanning public and private cloud domains. As a full operating team, we ensure fast, reliable, and compliant server operations through standardized practices and continuous improvement. Our team operates globally from locations including the Philippines, India, Poland (Polan), Czech Republic, Denmark, and the United States. Our primary objective is to streamline server operations across all platforms and domains, enabling efficient execution while maintaining Novo Nordisk compliance requirements.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
