Job summary

Grünenthal Group in København seeks a senior leader to own the global scientific communications strategy across early pipeline and launched assets, aligning with medical strategy, evidence plans, development milestones and lifecycle objectives. You’ll build a coherent communications architecture spanning publications, congresses, medical education and digital dissemination across geographies.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in pharma/biotech medical affairs or scientific communications.
• Proven global publication strategy and external engagement.
• Strong understanding of clinical development and evidence generation.
• Experience leading in a global matrix without direct authority.
• Excellent English communication and writing.

Responsibilities

• Own global scientific communications strategy across early assets and launches.
• Create a coherent architecture linking publications, congresses and medical education.
• Maintain a consistent, evidence-based scientific voice across geographies.
• Translate disease biology and clinical data into clear narratives and roadmaps.
• Partner with Global Medical Leads and Regulatory to anticipate needs early.
• Integrate publication planning with development timelines and data disclosure.
• Identify gaps that inform evidence generation and stakeholder understanding.
• Lead medical affairs congress communications and external engagement.
