Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a globally distributed SAP Roles and Authorizations team.
• Own SAP role design, maintenance, and user access management.
• Define and implement SAP security standards and governance across the organization.
• Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation, Compliance, Internal IT, and external partners.
• Balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic development of SAP security.
