Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Safety Data Specialist to join Safety Data, Digital & Technology (SDDT) within Global Patient Safety. You will work at the intersection of pharmacovigilance, data, and technology to ensure reliable safety data and support regulatory readiness.

You will strengthen data quality, enable inspections, and drive improvements while collaborating with experts, developers, and stakeholders across the organization. A Master’s degree and 7–8 years in PV are desired.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7–8 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety or related area.
• Strong knowledge of safety data requirements and regulations, including E2B(R3).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a flexible, change-oriented mindset.
• Experience with safety data extracts, inspections, or digital solutions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape data extracts and BI solutions with application developers using pharmacovigilance expertise.
• Plan and coordinate safety data extracts for Health Authority inspection pre-requests with domain specialists.
• Coach and share knowledge to build organizational capability.
• Support hypercare activities after system implementations and releases.
• Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement to strengthen safety data use.
