Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on retail store experience.
• Experience implementing or improving retail processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global retail standards, processes, playbooks, tools, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify store routines, reduce administrative workload, and increase customer-facing capacity.
• Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and executable at store level.
• Manage assigned workstreams through planning, pilots, testing, implementation, and rollout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies within agreed scope and timelines.
• Gather and use feedback from stores and markets, using operational learnings to recommend adjustments and improvements.
• Support implementation and adoption plans for new processes and ways of working.
