Job summary

GEA Group in Søborg, Denmark, seeks a Quality Manager to uphold top-tier quality across the value chain. You will lead a cross-functional Quality Control team, work with suppliers and customers, and drive compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP.

Expect a mix of hands-on inspections, audits, FAT/SAT activities, and comprehensive documentation. The role requires 80–90 travel days annually within the EU and a valid EU driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality control/quality management.
• Experience with ISO 9001, GMP and related documentation (FAT, SAT, deviation reports).
• Fluent Danish and English; able to work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Quality Control function across the value chain.
• Perform inspections and audits of processes and components.
• Prepare inspection plans, reports and technical documentation.
• Audit supplier processes and contribute to supplier development.
• Support on-site quality assurance activities during installations/commissioning.
• Travel approximately 80–90 days per year within EU.
