Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Project Manager for Aid, Relief & Government to lead complex international logistics projects from Aarhus or Copenhagen. You will coordinate ocean, air, and land transport, design solutions, and drive execution to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong PM skills, experience in government or aid sectors, and excellent stakeholder management in a global Maersk network. English proficiency is essential and relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics projects for customers across Aid, Relief and Government.
• Coordinate the transportation of equipment across ocean, air, and land modes.
• Capture and analyze project requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Support planning, costing, pricing, and proposal development activities.
• Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery against customer requirements.
• Create and optimize process flows for critical operational activities.
• Manage smaller tender processes and help secure competitive, commercially attractive solutions.
• Conduct site visits and engage local stakeholders to gather insights and support execution.
• Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the global Maersk network.
