LEO Pharma seeks a Global Program Director to drive execution of asset plans, own the integrated program and budget, and enable the Global Program Team to meet strategic goals. You will work with the Global Program Head and cross-functional partners to deliver timely, data-driven decisions and a market-ready label for each indication.

Qualifications

• Drug development experience across multiple phases at program level.
• Strong project or program management expertise with measurable impact.
• Learning agility and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience in cross-functional and multinational teams.
• Experience with partnered development and joint governance bodies.
• Enterprise thinking and understanding of how decisions impact value.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or similar certification is an advantage.
• Experience applying AI in project or portfolio management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner to the Global Program Head and Global Brand Lead in defining asset strategy and bringing integrated options to governance.
• Lead the Global Program Team in developing stage-appropriate, cross-functional plans with timelines, budgets and governance.
• Frame decisions at each stage, develop options, and present clear recommendations to governance while managing risk.
• Coordinate program plans and budgets across functions and monitor execution against timelines, costs, quality and strategy.
• Facilitate high-performing global team collaboration through effective meeting leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure program information and reporting are accurate and decision-ready across LEO.
• Partner with external collaborators through Joint Development Committees and Joint Steering Committees.
