Job summary

STARK Group is expanding its Sustainable Sourcing team. As Specialist, Product Compliance you translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and support their implementation across the organisation.

You monitor new obligations, develop documentation, trainings and templates, and engage stakeholders including internal teams and suppliers. Based at Frederiksberg or Viby J, you report to the Director of Sustainable Sourcing and may work with Own Brand projects and third-party

Qualifications

• A relevant educational background in engineering, product compliance, regulatory affairs, environmental science, business, supply chain management or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in product compliance, product regulatory affairs, product stewardship or a similar field.
• Experience implementing product compliance requirements in a cross-functional and commercial organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical requirements to non-specialists.
• A proactive, structured and implementation-focused approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a practical and business-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements and customer expectations for product documentation into practical processes across the organisation.
• Develop and improve processes and tools to make product compliance scalable and workable in daily business activities.
• Monitor and assess new and emerging product compliance obligations and translate them into procedures, guidance, templates and controls.
• Advise colleagues on documentation requirements, certifications, declarations and other product-related obligations.
• Develop training materials and support capability building within sourcing teams; work with internal and external stakeholders to embed effective ways of working.
• For Own Brand projects, conduct risk assessments, ensure documentation is in place and engage stakeholders.
• Support third-party certification activities and other compliance initiatives as business needs evolve.
• Take ownership of improvement initiatives while staying close to operational activities and keep data up to date.
