STARK Group is expanding its Sustainable Sourcing team and seeks a Product Compliance Specialist to translate regulatory requirements into reliable day-to-day practices. You will maintain documentation, collect supplier data, support compliance workflows, and ensure information is complete and accessible across the business.
The role focuses on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), with future evolution as requirements grow.
Do you want to work with product compliance in practice? Are you motivated by bringing structure to data and documentation, following up with the right stakeholders and making sure accurate information is available on time? Do you enjoy taking ownership of the details that turn compliance requirements into reliable day-to-day decisions? At STARK Group, we continuously strengthen our product compliance processes, and we are therefore expanding our team. Product compliance is part of the Sustainable Sourcing team in Group Sourcing.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Sustainable Sourcing and join a small team with expertise in product compliance, EUDR, supplier due diligence and Scope 3 emissions.
You will help turn product compliance requirements into reliable day-to-day practices. You will maintain documentation, collect and validate supplier information, support compliance workflows, and ensure that product data is complete, accurate and available when needed.
The role will initially focus on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), with the scope evolving as regulatory requirements, systems and business needs develop. For EUDR, you will support day-to-day due diligence verification, data collection and risk management, including ensuring that relevant suppliers and products are set up correctly in our digital tool. You will also manage supplier and product data for other regulatory requirements, including information requests, disclosures and follow-up on non-conformities.
Build practical product compliance expertise in an international organisation, working across a diverse portfolio of building materials, including leading brands and Own Brand products. You will collaborate with colleagues across business units and Group functions, suppliers and third-party certification organisations. You will learn from experienced specialists in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of meaningful operational tasks from the start. As our product compliance activities develop, you can broaden your knowledge, improve processes and grow with the role.
The role can be based at the STARK Group Head Office in Frederiksberg or STARK Huset in Viby J.
