Job summary

Satair, an Airbus Services company, is seeking a Business Process Architect in Copenhagen on a 12-month maternity cover to drive end-to-end process consistency and cross-functional collaboration. You will work within an international team of 13 process architects, supporting the Process Community and improving process thinking across the organization.

You will liaise with stakeholders globally, facilitate workshops, and promote process methods while leveraging Google Workspace tools and aviation

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end process mapping and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent business English.
• Experience with process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the process community to develop Satair's process landscape and ensure end-to-end design across functions.
• Support the inclusion of process improvements where appropriate.
• Serve as an internal reference for lean concepts, principles, tools and techniques.
• Facilitate workshops on process-related topics and manage stakeholders.
