Job summary

Ambu is seeking a PLM Technical Workstream Lead to own the technical backbone of a PLM workstream, partnering with the GPO and GPLs to translate design into scalable technology across PLM. Responsibilities include architecture, build, environments, integrations, data migration, and non-functional requirements.

You will drive governance, RAID, security, release engineering, and hypercare, coordinating internal platform teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical workstreams in enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading architecture, integrations (API/iPaaS), data migration, and release management.
• Strong grasp of non-functional requirements: performance, security, privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the workstream technical governance and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies).
• Lead design for integrations, data model, security roles, and automation.
• Define environments, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality gates; manage tech debt and change control.
• Oversee data migration, cutover, and validation for workstream objects.
• Coordinate with internal platform teams and external vendors; deliver hypercare and knowledge transfer.
