Eurowind Energy seeks an experienced Performance & Reporting Manager to centralize and standardize global performance reporting. You will drive data quality, automate reporting, and implement AI-enabled solutions, collaborating across Finance, IT, and Operations. Based at our head office in Denmark, you will shape the future standard for performance reporting.

The role reports to Global Operations Director and involves independent work with high visibility across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations reporting or BI roles.
• Experience with AI, automation in reporting.
• Experience with ERP/BI tools in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate standardized KPI reporting across markets and technologies.
• Ensure consistent definitions and data structures are applied globally.
• Validate production data with Technical and Commercial teams for timely finance settlement.
• Improve the reporting model within the global framework.
• Support data quality and governance across systems.
