Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Logistics Flow Engineer to review end-to-end material flows, drive process improvements, and document changes across operations and technology platforms. You will collaborate with warehouse stakeholders, platform owners, and logistics specialists to shape how flows are designed and measured, with a hybrid work rhythm of 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end logistics flow analysis and process design in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse environments.
• Built value stream maps, process documentation, or operational standards supporting improvements.
• Applied logistics or warehouse operations knowledge through engineering, project, or operational roles.
• Contributed to process improvement projects with measurable operational changes.
• Produced documentation supporting cross-functional stakeholders and alignment.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, engineering, or junior project management roles.
• Fluency in English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the improvement of end-to-end logistics flows across operations and technology platforms.
• Describe and secure process changes, document them, and store changes in proper systems.
• Support platform owners with process and logistics documentation.
• Help define logistics flows using globally aligned standards.
• Contribute to logistics improvement initiatives across warehouse operations and technology.
• Build strong partnerships within a global network of logistics specialists.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and support evidence-based changes.
