Job summary

Palsgaard A/S is seeking a Head of Global IT & Digitalization with global responsibility to shape the technology landscape and the digital agenda across our international organisation.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead an IT organisation of ~25 colleagues, set strategy, translate ambitions into roadmaps, and ensure technology supports ambitious growth and competitiveness. You will collaborate with executive management, regional stakeholders and business leaders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global IT in an international environment.
• Strong business orientation with a track record of creating value through technology.
• Experience from manufacturing or similarly complex operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute globally the IT and digitalization strategy.
• Translate strategic ambitions into roadmaps for digitalization, AI, automation and data.
• Lead and develop the global IT organization (~25 people).
• Drive digital transformation and position IT as a strategic business partner.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions, regions and subsidiaries.
• Drive standardization of systems, processes and data across the organization.
• Ensure secure, stable and efficient global IT operations.
• Prioritize technology investments and identify opportunities for growth.
