Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Ballerup is seeking an IT Compliance Advisor (Specialist) to strengthen our central Enterprise IT & Quality function and safeguard digital workplace services across the globe. You will partner with IT Service Managers and Solution Owners in Denmark, India and beyond, own audit readiness, guide teams on compliance, and drive continuous improvement within IT infrastructure.

The role requires a MSc/ BSc in IT or related field and 5+ years in regulated environments, with IT

Qualifications

A minimum BSc (MSc preferred) in IT, compliance, engineering or a related field, plus at least 5 years' experience working with qualification or validation in a regulated environment – with a minimum of 3 years in the IT area.
Expertise in regulatory requirements such as GAMP 5, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11, combined with hands-on experience in deviations, risk management, CAPA, RCA and A3.
Several years of experience with IT service management processes and tools (including ServiceNow), Change & Release Management.
Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, fluency in written and spoken English.
A structured, self-managed approach with strong coaching skills, high cultural sensitivity, and comfort working across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

Acting as Quality Compliance Advisor and Quality Management System expert for assigned areas, guiding Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical Subject Matter Experts and IT Solution Owners through implementation, testing and retirement processes
Owning and driving cross-domain qualifications, authoring central SOPs and serving as content responsible for critical IT related documentation
Serving as Subject Matter Expert on deviations and driving audit readiness preparation, tracking, monitoring and closure of audit actions
Advising on the quality of documentation including supplier assessments, GxP Change Requests, requirement specifications, test plans, test reports and risk assessments, mainly handled in ServiceNow.
Driving larger compliance activities including upskilling of quality compliance competencies across the IT infrastructure area
Analysing and driving automation activities within compliance, including AI implementation
Helping to implement and execute the Enterprise IT & Quality strategy of Quality leadership
