Saxo Bank is hiring a Head of Physical Security & Safety to lead and strengthen our global physical security framework across multiple international locations. You will protect employees, facilities, assets, and operations, developing security standards and resilient capabilities, and advising senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in physical security and security operations.
• Experience leading security programmes and teams.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage incidents.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Aufgaben

• Lead Saxo's physical security and safety programme across global locations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting employees, facilities and business operations.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards and operating procedures.
• Drive incident management, investigations and corrective actions where required.
• Strengthen emergency preparedness, crisis response and resilience capabilities.
• Oversee physical security technologies including access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
• Provide strategic security advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage security service providers and external security partners.
• Promote a security-aware culture through training and awareness programmes.
• Support major events, critical incidents and business continuity initiatives.
