Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Group Controller to join the Group Controlling team in Denmark. You will ensure high-quality IFRS financial reporting, transparency and governance across the ISS Group and collaborate with finance colleagues across countries, business units and Group Functions.

You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, drive improvements and provide insights to senior management. English fluency is required and a valid work permit for Denmark is assumed.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing (cand.merc.aud) or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 audit firm or listed company.
• Experience in audit and debit/credit is required.
• Group consolidation experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reporting knowledge.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly and full-year closing including consolidation and notes.
• Drive controlling within your area of responsibility.
• Country support in connection to monthly financial reporting.
• Support the Group CFO and IR with ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure optimal use of the Group Reporting & Consolidation system, OneStream.
• Drive continuous process improvements within your area of responsibility.
