Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Group Controller to join the Group Controlling team in Denmark. The role focuses on high-quality financial reporting, IFRS compliance, transparency, and governance across the ISS Group.

You will collaborate with finance colleagues across countries and business units, and present insights to senior management. The position involves monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual reporting, driving the Group's consolidation and notes, and supporting the CFO and Investor Relations

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience, ideally from a Big 4 audit firm or as a financial controller
• Experience with audit field and understanding of debit/credit
• Knowledge of Group consolidation from major international companies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly and full-year closing including consolidation and notes
• Drive controlling in your area of responsibility
• Country support in monthly financial reporting
• Support Group CFO and IR with ad-hoc analyses
• Ensure optimal use of OneStream for reporting and consolidation
• Implement continuous process improvements in reporting and controls
• Handle various other reporting assignments for Group Functions
