Job summary

KMD is seeking a Group Financial Controller to play a central role in an international organization, shaping finance and CSRD initiatives. You will join the Group Reporting team (6 staff) responsible for month-end close, internal/external reporting, consolidation, bank, forecasting and CSRD.

You will lead CSRD financial workstreams, drive process optimization, and ensure robust controls across the group. A Master/HD in finance or auditing and 3+ years’ experience are required; CSRD experience is

Qualifications

• HD (R) or master’s degree in finance, accounting or auditing.
• +3 years' experience in audit or finance/accounting.
• Experience with CSRD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSRD project (financial part) for group reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing at group level.
• Oversee cash pool and cashflow forecasting with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and controls.
• Collaborate on accounting projects across the organization.
• Perform ad hoc accounting and audit tasks.
