Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced project manager to lead complex projects from quotation to commissioning at our Skanderborg office. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget and meeting client needs, with travel to sites during execution.

You will join a dedicated engineering team within our project management organisation, collaborating across functions and gaining a strong internal network. English fluency and a relevant engineering degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a global company in the same industry.
• A relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
• Excellent collaboration skills and an appreciation for working in teams.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, specify and execute projects from quotation through commissioning, handover, follow-up and completion.
• Gain stakeholder buy-in and motivate the project team to common objectives.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs and address risks throughout each project.
• Deliver projects safely, within budget and in line with scope, quality requirements and schedule.
• Maintain close communication with customers and ensure satisfaction during project execution.
