Job summary

Hempel seeks a Global Data Steward to own and govern global data domains within the LIMS & ELN platform, driving standardization, data quality, and usability across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, lead end-to-end data flows, and support audits while ensuring alignment with established ways of working.

You will work with global teams, drive training, and continue platform evolution post-implementation to meet evolving business needs and strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in R&D, laboratory, or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of structured data and domain workflows.
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
• Experience with LIMS, ELN, or comparable enterprise platforms are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other global data stewards, administrators and the vendor to ensure strong end-to-end data flows.
• Work with local superusers to support training, adoption and correct usage.
• Continue developing the platform domains after implementation based on business requirements and strategy.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
• Act as subject-matter expert for the domain during audits, inspections, and reviews.
