Job summary

Plant Supervision is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Risk Assessment Specialist to conduct comprehensive risk assessments across its value chain. The role focuses on identifying risk scenarios, executing assessments, defining risk levels and recommending mitigation measures across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, construction/project execution and service operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of hands-on risk assessment experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience performing Cyber Security Risk Assessments, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus; willingness to travel up to 20% internationally.

Responsibilities

Identify relevant cyber risk scenarios across business areas.
Plan and conduct Cyber Security Risk Assessments according to defined framework.
Evaluate and define risk levels based on assessment results.
Identify and document appropriate mitigation measures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive assessment progress and alignment.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to key decision-makers.
Monitor assessment timelines and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Maintain accurate documentation and track follow-up actions.
