KK Group is seeking a Legal Compliance Counsel to support the expanding Legal Governance, Compliance & Projects function. The role focuses on building a robust compliance framework across the organisation, locally and globally, within a high-growth environment.

You will drive regulatory monitoring (NIS2, CRA, Data Act), develop training, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed legal compliance practices at all levels of the business.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Law or Business Law.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal position.
• Strong knowledge of compliance principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Develop, implement, and integrate a robust compliance framework for the organisation, locally and globally.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments related to Legal Compliance (NIS2, CRA, Data Act).
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote legal compliance awareness.
• Lead the review and implementation of global policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Drive a culture of compliance with continuous improvements to processes and tools.
• Cooperate with external advisors on legal compliance matters.
• Participate in Governance and Legal Projects supporting the Legal Corporate/Commercial department.
