Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in audiology or related field.
• Several years' experience in the hearing industry.
• Experience delivering global training projects.
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning science.
• Effective communication skills for speaking to groups.

Responsibilities

• Define training needs and execute effective training programs.
• Design training plans and curricula aligned with business goals.
• Lead full training projects, including product launch events.
• Collaborate with departments to understand new products and training needs.
• Stay informed on the competitive hearing aid landscape and apply insights.
