Novo invites a Global Associate Market Access Director Diabetes to lead the access launch readiness for key diabetes assets, shaping strategy and payer value stories across regions.
You will collaborate with HEOR, Pricing, and regional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate evolving policy to accelerate launches while ensuring sustainable patient access.
Your impact begins here
As Global Associate Market Access Director Diabetes, you will lead global access launch readiness for key diabetes assets. You will shape the access strategy, build the payer value story and create practical tools that help regions and affiliates secure sustainable patient access. As payer, pricing and policy dynamics shift, you will turn complexity into clear recommendations that move launches forward – helping more people living with diabetes get access to the treatment they need.
You will own the access strategy for your assigned diabetes assets, working in an area with evolving evidence, limited precedent and fast‑moving policy developments.
You will join Global Market Access within Product & Portfolio Strategy, where colleagues connect commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across therapy areas to help guide the Novo portfolio and strengthen competitiveness.
As matrix lead, you will bring together experts in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing and Payer Evidence. You will work closely with Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy teams, product teams and task forces, other Global Market Access teams, and regions and key affiliates. You will present to and seek endorsement from senior management, and share better practice across the organisation.
Your scope is global, with international travel of up to 5%.
You will have a high degree of independence to set direction, prioritise deliverables and shape the recommendations that guide global access decisions for diabetes assets. You will be encouraged to try new access approaches, value tools and ways of engaging markets – and trusted to make your voice heard and see your work adopted in markets around the world.
The role gives you visibility with senior leaders and broad exposure across HQ, regions and affiliates, helping you build your strategic and commercial perspective. You will work at pace alongside colleagues who value clarity, honest feedback and decisive action.
You will join a global healthcare company with a unique culture and strong results. We offer continuous learning, career development, and benefits tailored to your life and career stage.
