DHL Global Forwarding Denmark is seeking an experienced Air Freight Pricing Specialist to develop competitive pricing solutions, support tenders and ensure pricing aligns with market conditions and business goals.

You will work with airlines, customers and colleagues in Sales, Operations and the international network to translate market insights into effective pricing actions. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• You have 4+ years in air freight forwarding or pricing roles.
• You understand air freight products, market dynamics and pricing principles.
• You have experience with quotations, RFQs, tenders or commercial negotiations.
• You can analyze pricing data and market performance to inform decisions.
• You are proficient in Excel and pricing tools/databases.
• You have collaborated with airlines, suppliers or other stakeholders.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver competitive air freight quotations, RFQs and tenders.
• Support the implementation of the air freight pricing strategy with profitability in mind.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with airlines and suppliers.
• Build relationships with airline partners, customers and internal teams.
• Monitor market developments, capacity, rates and trade lanes to guide pricing.
• Maintain tariffs, pricing databases and related tools; seek process improvements.
