COWI’s Offshore Geotechnics team is inviting an experienced geotechnical engineer to deliver analyses, modelling, and design support for major offshore wind projects. You will develop digital tools and automated workflows and collaborate across disciplines to advance geotechnical processes.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Solid geotechnical fundamentals, analytical capabilities, and experience with numerical modelling and geotechnical software.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming environments; ability to develop digital engineering solutions.
• Interest in automation, digitalisation, and improving engineering processes and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and structure objectives and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Deliver geotechnical analyses, interpretation, assessments, and design support for offshore wind projects.
• Perform advanced numerical modelling and geotechnical analyses using PLAXIS.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance engineering tools, scripts, and automated workflows using Python, MATLAB, and similar technologies.
• Support adoption of automation, AI, and digital engineering within geotechnical processes.
• Support data management, analysis, and visualization to improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate with geotechnical, structural, and digital specialists and contribute to knowledge sharing.
