Job summary

Boliden Mineral AB is seeking a Graduate Health & Safety Engineer as part of Gen B, based at Boliden Odda. You will join an intern-like progression, starting in a permanent role and advancing through structured development, with mentoring and cross-functional exposure across sites in Europe.

• Support and guide managers regarding deviations.
• Participate in or lead incident investigations of varying scope.
• Strengthen and share knowledge in occupational hygiene and chemical exposure, including chemicals, gases, and noise.

After graduation you will continue your journey with a mentor for six months.
