Job summary

QuantumIT Solutions in Herning, Denmark, is seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. You will maintain and cultivate the gardens and landscapes for our clients, performing regular upkeep and design tasks.

Responsibilities include watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, pest control; planting new greenery; monitoring plant health; operating lawn equipment; and communicating with clients to tailor gardens to their preferences. Visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates.

Qualifications

2+ years gardening experience
Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent communication with clients

Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing and pest control
Plant new flowers, shrubs, trees and other greenery as needed
Monitor the health of plants and diagnose any issues or diseases
Keep garden beds clean and tidy by removing debris and dead plants
Operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
Communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
Develop creative designs for new gardens or landscape renovations
