Job summary

BuySphere Retail Staffing is looking for a dedicated Gardener to maintain and care for our gardens in Esbjerg. In this role, you will design garden layouts, plant and care for various plant species, and ensure the overall health of outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with visa sponsorship for international applicants.

Job description

As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our company’s gardens and outdoor spaces in Esbjerg.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing garden layouts
• Planting, watering, fertilizing and pruning plants
• Maintaining lawns, hedges and trees
• Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
• Installing irrigation systems
• Cleaning and maintaining garden tools and equipment
• Ensuring the overall health and appearance of the gardens

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener
• Knowledge of local climate conditions and plant species
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit to perform gardening tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, etc.
• Good communication skills in English; Danish language skills are a plus
• Valid work permit or Danish citizenship

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and an air ticket for international candidates.
