Job summary

BaseDynamics in Copenhagen is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Gardener to join our team. This role offers on-the-job training and the chance to gain hands-on gardening experience while working outdoors in diverse Danish weather.

You will plant, weed, water, prune, and maintain lawns and outdoor spaces, assist with garden design, operate garden tools, and communicate with clients to understand their needs. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have valid work visa for Denmark or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Passionate about gardening with attention to detail and good English communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Planting, weeding, watering and pruning of flowers, plants and trees.
• Maintaining lawns and other outdoor areas by mowing, edging and applying fertilizers.
• Removing debris from gardens and ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
• Assisting with the design and layout of gardens as needed.
• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers and shears.
