Job summary

PrimeDefense USA is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. You will create personalized fitness plans, conduct one-on-one sessions, lead group classes, and educate clients on form and nutrition to help them achieve fitness goals.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, tailoring workouts, supervising sessions, and tracking progress while maintaining a safe gym environment. English fluency is required; Danish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certification in Personal Training.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fitness assessments with new clients to determine their current fitness level and goals.
• Create personalized workout plans tailored to each client's needs and abilities.
• Lead individual training sessions as well as group fitness classes.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients on proper form, technique and nutrition.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plan.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
