As a personal trainer you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout plans and nutrition advice You will work closely with clients to assess their current fitness levels and develop a plan that fits their individual needs and preferences You should have experience creating workout plans and have a strong understanding of proper form and technique for various exercises

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments for clients to determine their current fitness levels
• Develop personalized workout plans based on client goals abilities and preferences
• Provide instruction on proper form and technique during workouts
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field
• Certification in personal training or a related fitness certification ACE NASM etc
• Strong knowledge of exercise science anatomy and nutrition
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and support clients
• Ability to create personalized workout plans tailored to individual needs
• Must be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels
• Fluent in English Danish language skills preferred
