Job summary

Ramboll in Copenhagen leads in multination frameworks and indexation. The role supports Framework & Indexation within Finance, ensuring timely updates of framework contracts, price lists, and indexation across the Nordics and beyond.

You will be part of Project Controlling, handling CRM/ERP data quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating contract terms into accurate data to enable efficient pricing and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with contracts, data management, or similar tasks.
• Ability to read and understand contracts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset and knowledge of relevant tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update framework agreement data in CRM.
• Read contracts and communicate key requirements.
• Create, update and manage price lists in ERP.
• Handle price indexation updates with Project & Business Controllers.
• Archive contract documentation.
• Respond to queries on framework agreements and pricing.
• Monitor agreements and ensure timely follow-up.
