Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read engineering plans and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
• Construct formwork structures using various tools and techniques.
• Install formwork in precise locations as directed by engineering plans.
• Ensure proper alignment and stability of formwork.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust formwork as needed.
• Remove formwork after concrete sets and clean the work area.
