Our team of highly skilled professionals from Poland and Lithuania is growing, and we are looking to add experienced fitters to join us.

Denmark - 80 minutes from the German/Danish border.
A project planned for a longer period of time; our colleagues have been running in constant rotation for several years with the possibility of extending the project or transferring it to new projects.

- Competitive Pay: Earn up to 251,23 DKK/hour (gross) on night shifts (around 33,61 EUR), + 12.5% holiday pay, 14% FVK (10% flexible fund + 4% SH) and 13% pension after 2 months (11% VICOS / 2% employee).
- Stable Employment: We keep our skilled employees working year-round across multiple projects.
- Secured Rights and Benefits: Covered by a collective agreement with Dansk Industri (overtime, supplements, pension, etc.).
- Full Support: Help with tax card, healthcare, accommodation, plus free work clothes & shoes (value up to 2.800 DKK/year).
- Fitter: Minimum 5 years in assembly, reading technical drawings, cutting with a torch, grinding.
- Working environment and safety for welding and thermal cutting §17 from Denmark (formerly called §26 course). If you don’t have it, we can arrange for you to take an online course.
Assembly work in the workshop and outside the workshop, possible work taking place on the ship. Black steel, steel structures. Preparation and assembly of materials for welders according to the technical drawing.
- Day Shift: Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 18:00.
- Night Shift: Monday to Saturday, 18:00 to 06:00.
For each 12-hour shift, you are paid 11,5 hours (1 hour total break, with 30 minutes break that is paid).

Your net salary every 4 weeks at full employment after deducting accommodation: Net salary: 61.706 DKK (około 8.250 EUR).

- Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.
VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 137 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18,33 EUR). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
